Opatija is a city in western Croatia, just southwest of Rijeka on the Adriatic coast, and is a tourism pearl of the Kvarner Bay. It is popular summer and winter resort, with average temperatures of 10°C in winter, and 25°C in summer. Opatija is surrounded by beautiful woods of laurel. The whole sea-coast to the north and south of Opatija is rocky and picturesque, and contains several smaller winter-resorts. The area averages 2,000 hours of sunshine a year.

Eqipment of apartment
We offer accommodation in apartments for 2-3, and in larger apartments for 4-6 persons. The apartments are fully equipped for your comfortable stay. Each apartment has a television and air conditioned. The apartment No 4 is equipped with satellite TV. Free parking for our guests in the garden. From the large terraces offer a breathtaking view of the Ičići harbor and of the bay of Kvarner.
