Metković e` una citta` della Croazia situata nella regione raguseo-narentana. Al censimento del 2001 la popolazione della citta` era pari a 13.873 abitanti mentre quella dell'intero comune era di 15.384 abitanti. Metkovic e` situata sulle rive del fiume Narenta che sfocia nel mar Adriatico poco distante dalla citta`.
Klek is a village on the north-western coast of the bay of Klek - Neum, 12 km south of Opuzen. Klek is an ideal place for peaceful and pleasant vacations. Apart from bathing and water sports, visitors may enjoy other recreational activities at four tennis courts and miniature golf facilities. In the vicinity are also the villages of Duboka and Komarna with beautiful beaches.
Opuzen is a small town in Dubrovnik-Neretva County in Croatia. It had a population of 3,242 (with neighbouring municipality Slivno, which lies alongside the left bank of river Mala Neretva 5,320) according to the Croatian Census of 2001. This settlement is known as a major center of tangerine production in Croatia.
South of the Neretva River Delta, 70 km north of Dubrovnik you can find Komarna on the coast of the Mali Ston Bay. From here there is a spectacular view over reefs, cliffs and small islands to The Peljesac Peninsula.
Komarna is primarily a summer resort for people from the surrounding cities and there is also apartments and houses available for tourists to rent for a holiday stay.
You will not find many facilities in Komarna. One small hotel with a restaurant that is open during the tourist season, one konoba (café) and a mini-market.
The village is a friendly, unspoiled and safe place. Children may run around without getting in trouble and the mix of local people and a few tourists is just right. |
