Petrčane is a small picturesque fishing village just 12 km from the city of Zadar, the cultural center of northern Dalmatia.

In Petrčane you expect a fair and 2 km long beach that has all the facilities of water sports.

Next to the hotel Pinija, several campsites in the surrounding area and restaurants, Petrčane offer a wide range of private accommodation in apartments, rooms and pensions, the uniqueness is a large swimming pool with heated sea water.

If you arrive by car from Zagreb, take the highway A1 Zagreb-Split on Karlovac, Lika and Gračac to Zadar. Arriving in Zadar, take the road north and turn Petrčane. But if you come from the direction of Rijeka, take the Adriatic coastal road D1 Zadar, as there is a turnoff to Petrčane.
